Are you a dropshipper?
No, we have our own warehouse and all products are shipped from our location and can also be returned there.
What are the shipping costs and how are they calculated?

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
We strive to process all orders received before Friday 4:00 PM CET within one to two business days. Please note that we cannot ship or deliver orders received on Sundays and public holidays.
What can I do if my order is damaged or lost during shipping?
We would like to inform you that we always check our products for damage or poor packaging before shipping. You can be assured that our products are always shipped without damage and properly packaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a complaint. We kindly ask you to keep all packaging materials and damaged products until your complaint is processed. We are happy to assist you if you need help with this.
