How are my orders processed? (FAQ)

Thank you very much for your interest in our products. We would like to answer some frequently asked questions to provide you with the best possible service.
1. Are you a dropshipper?
No, we have our own warehouse and all products are shipped from our location and can also be returned there.
2. How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We strive to process all orders received before Friday 4:00 PM CET within one to two business days. Please note that we cannot ship or deliver orders received on Sundays and public holidays.
3. How long is the delivery of my order expected to take?

Of course, the processing time is already included in this information. Once you have received the track-and-trace code, it usually takes only one to two days for your package to arrive. Unfortunately, during particularly busy times, there may be an extension of the delivery time by a few days.
4. What are the shipping costs and how are they calculated?
We are pleased to inform you that shipping within Germany is always free.
5. How can I track my order?

No tracking number?
You have the following options available:

- You can send us an email at info@texfittrading.de. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will gladly send you an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. We would like to point out that you can activate your tracking number within 24 hours of receipt.
6. Do I have to expect additional costs for import duties and taxes?
We at TexFitTrading UG would like to inform you that we are not responsible for any additional import duties and taxes that may be levied on your order. Please understand that all additional fees incurred during or after shipping are your responsibility. Therefore, we always recommend shipping within your country.
7. What can I do if my order is damaged or lost during shipping?
We would like to inform you that we always check our products for damage or poor packaging before shipping. You can be assured that our products are always shipped without damage and properly packaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a complaint. We kindly ask you to keep all packaging materials and damaged products until your complaint is processed. We are happy to assist you if you need help with this. 9. Can I return my order?
Of course, you can return your order if it is still in its original condition and in the original packaging. (Even trying on pants or a once-tried-on item is considered original if you return it in the original packaging.) Please understand that we unfortunately cannot offer a refund for used or customer-damaged products. Of course, you can also exchange the items for the same item if something is not right.
9. How can I request a return?
You are welcome to request a return if you would like to send something back. A short message to us is sufficient for this. If you already have a customer account with us, you can easily create a return in your customer area. You can also request your RA number by sending an email to support@texfittrading.de. Please provide us with a detailed reason for the return as well as photos or videos of the product. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a new #RA number and the address of the nearest warehouse.
10. How do I get my refund?
"Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will of course issue a full refund via the original payment method. We are pleased to inform you that we will credit you with a refund. You will receive a confirmation via email. Please understand that a refund may take up to seven days."
